Our Denali (Great Dane) has been through beds. Danes are prone to having bad hips and joint. I definitely feel it was comfortable for her and lasted. It was very easy to unzip and wash. Sadly she passed away but I definitely think these days was easier for her and she fit perfectly inside it. Was regifted to another dog once she passed on but it’s worth the money.
If you think the bed resembles anything like the advertising, get a few boxes of tissue and several therapy sessions because you'll be served a huge glass of disappointment. This dog bed is not as deep and cozy at it is advertised. The sides are not that big, just a couple of bumps in the fabric. My dog sits on top and cannot lay her head on the end rests as picture. It's just a thick piece of foam with a cover, not a semi-bed.It comes in two pieces: the foam and the cover both compressed to remove the air. Once unpacked they immediately expand. My dog sat on it and I was immediately disappointed because I wanted her to have her own "bed." Not a piece of foam with a cover.The cover is very nice and soft and the foam is easy to just insert. Those are the only positives. Unfortunately, I will have to spend a lot of money to get the product I was actually looking for. This is not worth the price and you can find the same or similar for almost half.
